- Geoffrey Obong has had extensive exposure in the insurance industry with over 30 years experience. He is an all rounder having served in management positions with reputable insurance companies in the country. He worked as Marine and Aviation Manager in National Insurance Corporation handling placement of complicated risks for Marine Vessels and Aircraft in overseas reinsurance market and as Life Manager in the same company, handling individual, Group Life and Pension Schemes. He also worked as Business Development Manager in Jubilee Insurance Company (U) Ltd and as General Manager of Microcare Insurance Limited, a dedicated Health Insurance Company. He heads the Technical Department at Hillcrest Insurance Brokers Limited.
Mr. Peter Ngobi
Managing Director/Head of Marketing (20 years insurance experience)
- Peter Ngobi is a seasoned insurer who has had a long exposure in insurance marketing, for the most part, in the United States of America where he worked with the American National Insurance Company. He is also fully conversant with the Ugandan Insurance market. He has vast marketing experience and also heads the marketing Department at Hillcrest Insurance Brokers Limited.

Business Development Manager - Diploma in Insurance, BSc Actuarial Science , MBA.
- Esther Ayugi Kagwisagye is an experienced professional with a demonstrated strong background in the insurance industry. Skilled in Property and Casualty Insurance, Health and life insurance, Accounting, Risk Assessment and Debt Management. She is an Insurance Associate with a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science, Master of Business Administration and Diploma in Insurance from the Insurance Training College of Uganda.
